Potential Small Business Customers
Home based business owners have the same services as residential customers, and have the capability of having VPN services as well.WhisperWave is only allotted a certain amount of VPN services for each hot spot. With the basic authentication services and VPN technology,your business can feel safe of having its data encrypted. Potential residential customer
WhisperWave provides 802.11b capability within it T-1, 1.5 Mbps services.We can provide this service for a large contingency of homes thus bringing services that are better quality than current cable, ISDN, and DSL services for a better price.

Many home users are curious as to how they would connect to the Internet through WhisperWave. First, a customer will connect to our access tower, from which our access point will conduct the first of four authentications. The second and third are a combination effort of our authentication servers and the access points. They correlate information such as MAC address authentication and user account with password. As a precaution, the user must authenticate first prior to this authentication step being completed. The last authentication is complete via the outbound firewall to the Internet.

Our technical staff provides in house services to install and configure your WhisperWave connection. These services are provided you to ensure that all three authentication capabilities are enabled. Based on the information you provided us via the customer fill in form, click here, you will either have primary or extended care services. Both services are installed by our technical staff for you for FREE! However, so that potential customers know up front, all installation hardware is purchased by you based on your service plan. 1 Go to new customers tab, click on map selection, and find your street. Click on it for pricing information.Also note what color zone your street is in. Yellow signifies extended, and green is primary.  
2 Review monthly fees.  
3 Collect your personal computer information. Such as Windows 98, NT, Me, XP, Linux, etc...  
4 Fill in the customer form, review the contract agreement, and submit it.  
5 Your finished! Our administrative staff will be contacting you for an installation appointment and credit card information.CONGRATULATIONS you now have true high speed access!
